- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For added flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or add a splash of white wine during cooking.
