Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls.
- Season bread crumbs with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each mozzarella cube into flour, then egg, then coat thoroughly with seasoned bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with marinara sauce.

- Ensure oil is hot enough to prevent cheese from leaking out.
- You can prepare the coated mozzarella bites in advance and refrigerate before frying.
