Instructions
- Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a free-form loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread ketchup or barbecue sauce on top of the loaf.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain juiciness and make serving easier.
