Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Gradually mix in warm water and olive oil until a sticky dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Add the Toppings: Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to desired thickness. Spread pizza sauce evenly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and arrange pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Finish with Italian seasoning.
- Bake the Pizza: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Transfer the topped pizza onto a baking tray or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot with extra sauce or garlic bread.
