- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for best flavor)
- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture on the wide end of each crescent triangle. Top with bacon and cheese.
- Roll up crescents, tucking in sides, and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Optional: Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving with ketchup or mustard.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef.
- Swap cheddar for pepper jack or mozzarella for different flavors.
- Assemble ahead and refrigerate before baking if needed.
