- 2 tbsp hot sauce (such as sriracha)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey and hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, place panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat chicken breasts in flour mixture, then dip into honey-hot sauce mixture, then dredge in panko.
- Place coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in panko breadcrumbs.
- Adjust hot sauce for desired spice level.
- Serve with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
