  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb deli roast beef or pulled pork
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • Assorted veggies for cruditรฉ (carrots, bell peppers, celery)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF. Toss wings with salt and roast for 45โ€“50 minutes until crispy. Toss warm wings in hot sauce + melted butter + brown sugar.
  2. Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, and 1 1/2 cups cheddar. Spoon into greased ramekin, top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350ยฐF for 20 minutes.
  3. Slice biscuits in half, stuff with jalapeรฑo rounds and cheese, seal, and bake at 375ยฐF for 12โ€“15 minutes.
  4. Warm slider buns and roast beef/pulled pork. Assemble sliders with pickles or slaw if desired.
