- 1 lb Bob Evans sausage
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
Instructions
- Prepare the Bob Evans sausage by crumbling it in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
- Add a spoonful of sausage mixture to one end of each pastry piece and roll to enclose the filling.
- Seal edges with a fork, brush with beaten egg, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Unbaked sausage rolls can be frozen for up to 2 months.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces for enhanced flavor.
