Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo wing sauce, panko breadcrumbs, and ranch dressing mix. Mix well.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the chilled sausage mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
