Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or silicone molds suitable for small bites.
- Melt the butter and combine it with sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully blended.
- Pour half of the batter into the molds. Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over this layer. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the caramel into the batter.
- Add the remaining brownie batter on top and drizzle additional caramel if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center has a few moist crumbs. Cool slightly before removing from the molds.
