Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry and season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, and minced garlic to make the glaze.

- Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
