  • 1 cup grated carrots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and fold until just combined.
  5. Stir in grated carrots and chopped nuts.
