Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Arrange tater tots in the muffin cups, pressing down slightly to form cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and bacon, then bake 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
- Top with chopped green onions and serve hot with sour cream on the side.

- You can add other toppings like jalapenos or diced tomatoes for variety.
