  • 1 (25 oz) package cheese tortellini,cooked & drained
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese,divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, ricotta, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden.
