- 1 pre-made bread dough or baguette
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the bread dough or baguette diagonally, without cutting all the way through.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over the bread.
- Stuff the slices with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, if using.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Ensure not to cut all the way through to keep slices connected.
- Serve warm with extra cheese or dips.
