  • 1 store-bought or homemade pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls.
  3. Mix minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Brush the dough balls with the garlic oil.
