- 1 store-bought or homemade pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll into balls.
- Mix minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Brush the dough balls with the garlic oil.
- Spoon mozzarella and parmesan cheese into the center of each ball, then pinch to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add red pepper flakes for some heat.
- Great with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Use fresh garlic for a stronger flavor.
