Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, beaten eggs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the mixture into a 9×5 inch loaf pan and press it down to create an even surface.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, then pour the garlic butter evenly over the chicken loaf. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
