- 1 onion, chopped

- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups macaroni pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned. Add chopped onions and garlic; cook until translucent.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cook until al dente according to package instructions.
- Stir in shredded cheese and milk, cooking until cheese melts and soup thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot with toppings if desired.
