- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on the sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add sliced sausage, and return to bake for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top, bake until melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables for extra flavor.
- For spicier flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes before roasting.
