Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chopped bell peppers, carrots, and greens to create a colorful filling.
- Lay out your puff pastry sheets or spring roll wrappers on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of filling onto each sheet and roll up, sealing the edges with a little water if needed.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray or brush the rolls with olive oil. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
