Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gradually blend in flour mixture.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and pecans.
- Drop spoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on wire racks before serving.
