Instructions

- Cream butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Add pumpkin and mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into pumpkin-shaped balls. Cut small holes to fill with milk chocolate, then reseal.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool before decorating faces with chocolate if desired.
