Instructions
- Wash the fresh chopped spinach thoroughly.
- In a medium-sized frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add washed chopped spinach to the pan, stirring continuously for 3-4 minutes until wilted and tender.
- In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Gradually stir in the spinach and garlic mixture, then add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until well blended.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat gently in the microwave or on low heat on the stove.
