Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet. Spread additional ketchup on top for a shiny glaze.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
