Instructions
- Blend the chopped mangoes, coconut milk, honey, and lime juice in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully solid.
Notes
- Add shredded coconut or chopped mango pieces into the molds before pouring for extra texture.
- Top with toasted coconut after freezing for added flavor and crunch.
- Run molds under warm water for a few seconds before removing popsicles to ease removal.
