- 1 lb (450 g) beef stew meat
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sliced scallions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place beef stew meat, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and beef broth into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Near the end of cooking, add ramen noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a separate pot, hard boil eggs for 7 minutes, then peel and halve.
- Serve ramen in bowls topped with halved eggs and sliced scallions.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken or pork for beef.
- Add vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms for extra flavor.
