- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Place beef stew meat, garlic, soy sauce, and beef broth into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add ramen noodles to the slow cooker to absorb flavors.
- Boil eggs for 7 minutes, peel, and slice in half.
- Serve ramen in bowls, topped with soft eggs, sliced green onions, and other desired toppings. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
