Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup beef gravy or brown gravy packet
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven or deep fryer. Toss the cut potatoes in vegetable oil and fry until golden and crispy. Alternatively, bake for a healthier option. Drain on paper towels.
- While fries cook, sauté chopped onions until caramelized. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and soy sauce to create the signature sauce.
- Arrange fries on a serving platter. Top with caramelized onions, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese. Drizzle the sauce over the fries and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, double fry the potatoes or bake at high temperature.
- Adjust toppings to taste — add bacon or jalapenos for extra flavor.
- Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
