Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine oats, flour, and brown sugar. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until topping is golden and apples are bubbly.
