- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined.
- Stir in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Immediately top with extra marshmallows and drizzle with melted chocolate. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For chewier cookies, slightly underbake and store in an airtight container.
- Use good quality cocoa for richer flavor.
- Adjust marshmallow and chocolate topping to your preference.
