- 1 pound cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, sage)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, herbs, Parmesan, egg, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Form into 1-inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked chicken for turkey.
- Serve with cranberry sauce or gravy for extra flavor.
