- 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken and cooked bacon to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat and stir in ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Mix in cooked pasta until well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
- You can substitute grilled chicken for shredded for a smoky flavor.
- For extra heat, add a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
