Instructions
- Boil eggs in water for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fill egg whites with yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle with paprika and chives. Chill before serving for best flavor.
