Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir, and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
