- 4 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in green beans until well coated.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.

- Feel free to add a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
