Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to simmer, and stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
