Instructions
- Wash the hot house cucumbers under cold running water to remove any dirt or pesticide residues.
- Slice the washed cucumbers into bite-sized rounds, approximately ยฝ inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber round and arrange on a serving platter.
