Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the slices for 1-2 minutes at the end of baking.
