Instructions

- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- In a bowl, toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo hot sauce and a little olive oil.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and dipping sauces.
