- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and water until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets into batter, ensuring even coating.
- Place battered cauliflower in the air fryer basket, spray with olive oil.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- In a small bowl, toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped herbs and celery sticks.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat according to taste.
- Can be baked in a conventional oven at 400°F for 20 minutes for a different method.
