- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed pretzels, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Set up breading stations: flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, pretzel mixture in the third.
- Dip chicken breasts in flour, then egg, then pretzels, pressing pretzels onto the chicken.
- Place coated chicken on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes, let melt.

- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts.
- Use your favorite cheese for variety.
- Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
