- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Set up a breading station: place flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
- Toss the mushrooms in flour, then dip in egg, and coat evenly with panko mixture seasoned with ranch powder.
- Spray the coated mushrooms with cooking spray and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
