- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Holiday sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, softened cream cheese, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop, form dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Decorate with holiday sprinkles and gently press them into the dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly gooey.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a zest of lemon or orange to the dough.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
