Instructions
- Line your nonstick baking pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix brownie mix, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread crushed cookies or Oreos evenly at the bottom of the pan to create the cookie layer.
- Bake the cookie layer for 8-10 minutes until slightly firm.
- Pour the brownie batter over the cookie crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan before slicing to ensure clean cuts.
