Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  6. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  7. Slice the cooled cream puffs in half and fill with whipped strawberry cream. Garnish with sliced strawberries on top.
