- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter, bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture pulls away from sides of pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Spoon dough onto baking sheets to form small rounds. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let cream puffs cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Slice the cooled cream puffs in half and fill with whipped strawberry cream. Garnish with sliced strawberries on top.

- Ensure the eggs are added one at a time for a perfect puff.
- Chill the strawberry cream if it becomes too soft to pipe.
