- For topping: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, alternating with sour cream.
- For topping, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cold butter until crumbly.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle streusel topping over each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the streusel.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
