- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, top with barbecue sauce, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Can substitute turkey bacon for a leaner option.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
