- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and mix well.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Stir well before serving. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Use fresh spinach if preferred, sautéed and drained.
