- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Toss chicken strips with half of the sweet chili sauce.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add Brussels to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes until crispy and roasted.
- Serve chicken with roasted Brussels sprouts, drizzle with remaining chili sauce, garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for extra flavor.
- Adjust sauce quantity for spiciness preference.
