- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each fillet with the honey-soy glaze.
- Distribute pineapple chunks evenly over the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and pineapple is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sliced green onions or chili flakes.
- Best served with steamed rice or a light salad.
